pizza "I think"

ok so my boys wanted pizza, well I didn't have any GF pizza. so I thought let's do anything close to a pizza. found a recipe for GF bread. I had all the ingredients, so I just changed the way you put it in the pan. Instead of a making a loaf of bread, I put it in a 9x13 pan. just like if it was a cake. baked until almost done. then I added some sauce and cheese, and let it bake for a few minutes, until cheese was melted. It turned out pretty good, it was a change from the flat crust. I'll be adding it to my recipe book.  :)

GF chocolate cookies yummy!

my son and I made gluten free chocolate chip cookies a few nights ago, they were so easy my son, Corey wanted to make another batch tonight. I was a little surprised because my boys are all teenagers and the last place most teenagers would be is in the kitchen baking. well the cookies were just as good as the night before. Corey says he'll help me tomorrow with some cornbread or even the recipe he found for banana loaf. so happy my son wants to participate in going gluten free.
